These Terms govern your use of OneWeb’s services.

1. Services
   OneWeb provides website design, landing page creation, and related digital services based on agreed project scope.
2. Project Agreement
   Each project is defined by a custom agreement outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing.
3. Payments

• A non-refundable upfront payment is required before work begins
• Remaining balances must be paid before final delivery
• Non-payment may result in suspension of services

1. Revisions
   Revisions are provided within the agreed scope. Additional work may incur extra charges.
2. Client Responsibilities
   Clients must:

• Provide accurate requirements
• Respond promptly
• Provide necessary content

1. Intellectual Property

• Work remains property of OneWeb until full payment
• Ownership transfers upon full payment
• OneWeb may showcase work in its portfolio

1. Project Timelines
   Timelines are estimates and depend on client responsiveness and project complexity.
2. Limitation of Liability
   OneWeb is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including business losses or downtime.
3. Termination
   We may suspend or terminate services if terms are violated or payments are not completed.
4. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
5. Updates
   We may update these Terms at any time.
